Tapered Bore Spherical Roller Bearings. After about 10 minutes it is time
to get the tools out and the practical workshop begins. Attendees are
shown how to correctly fit the bearings and are then asked to do it for
themselves.

1-2 hours.
This is a theoretical
lesson on the do’s and don’ts when it comes to oil seals. It covers
material types, profiles and styles. It gives the attendee an
understanding of the best oil seal to use in any given application.
* Gates Belts. Identification, Handling & Fitting TRAINING
Duration:
1-2 hours:
This is a theoretical
lesson on the do’s and don’ts when it comes to Drive belts, both V- Belts
and Timing Belts. It covers all material types, profiles, preventative
maintenance and failure analysis. It also gives the attendee an
understanding of the importance of correct tensioning.
