Emergency Service

The CBC Emergency Service is just that—24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When a part is needed urgently we are standing by to supply it. If we do not have the part at the branch nearest the point of requirement, we will source it from anywhere in Australia and deliver to wherever it is needed. Trade Nights

 

To complete our service infrastructure and keep you up to date, we conduct regular trade nights to industry groups in decentralised areas, introducing the latest technological advancements

Plant Surveys

CBC’s qualified Sales and Service Engineers will carry out on-site surveys of your machinery systems and inventories, compiling a comprehensive survey manual and cost benefit analysis showing all product usage and interchangeable CBC parts and how they can save you money. 

Technical Support Personnel

CBC’s own Professional Specialists provide technical support and application engineering (including design calculations and training) for customer staff at all levels. Highly skilled and tertiary qualified, CBC offer over 30 technical personnel in locations around Australia, to provide advice and guidance on the trouble-free operation of equipment. These specialists, in turn, receive continual training, support and technical assistance from our major manufacturers.

Supply Partnerships

In establishing supply partnerships with CBC, major customers enjoy contracted service levels at agreed pricing structures over fixed time periods, with progressive assessment of supply rate performance.

On-site Training

CBC Technical Support Staff will train customer personnel in the installation, use and management of supplied products. On-site training can be provided as a structured program to suit individual needs.

Electronic Communications

By using CBC’s E-commerce facilities, customers can interchange purchase orders and invoices on-line between their own computer system and ours, reducing time delays and costs.

Manufacturing and Design Facilities

CBC’s customer design facilities provide for the design, development and manufacture of special purpose bearings and sealing attachments through our Head Office in Kingsgrove, NSW.

Our supply partnership procedures are continually updated and improved as new ideas and customer contributions set higher goals. CBC maintains a total management focus on satisfying customer needs, and constantly improving the service to our customers, through the implementation of TQM standards.

Inventory Management Programs

By analysing plant surveys and past usage, CBC will invest specifically to satisfy the customers’ future demands, reducing costs and providing dedicated stock on a single or multi-location basis.
