Grea-Site is a simple mechanical single point lubricator with adjustable output, clear wall reservoir and grease nipple fill point which make remote and exposed points requiring constant positive grease pressure easy and economical to lubricate. Supplied empty so you can fill with whatever type of grease you use, these lubricators are simple but effective and convenient lubrication tools. Can be mounted directly or remotely. Suitable for use with NLGI grade '1' or softer greases. Available in two sizes - GS.125 (78g) and GS.135 (150g)


XGS Multiline Air/electric Greasing System for fixed and mobile plant

Interlube’s ‘XGS’ system is an electrically controlled air actuated multi-line greasing system for fixed and mobile plant. The XGS system’s air actuated pump is reliable across a range of operating temperatures and conditions, receiving it’s operating cycle control from a remote mounted system controller. Output is determined by the selection of appropriate volumes from colour coded PDU’s ranging in output from 0.01-1.0cc. Fitted with a standard 2kg clear reservoir with rotating paddle to push grease to the pump inlet, the XGS system handles NLGI grade 2 greases with ease, delivering grease in very low volumes frequently to overcome high pressure drops associated with long tube runs on buses and large trailers. Input air pressure 4.6 -10.5 bar, consumed at 0.002 cubic metres per hour.

SK778/SB25 Rotary Oil Pumps
These rotary vane oil pumps deliver approximately 330 mls per revolution or 20 litres per minute in both directions and can be set to syphon once flow starts. The SK778 has a diecast aluminium body for workshop use; the SB25 has a cast iron body making it suitable for use in underground coal mines. Both pumps feature an adjustable height bung adaptor for 205L drums and bulk tanks. Both pumps can be used for pumping diesel fuel but are not  recommended for pumping petrol or solvents with low lubricity.


TEC450 Lever Style Grease Gun
Tecalemit’s original lever gun has a solid forged brass head and precision ground piston to eliminate the need for ‘O’Ring seals. Fitted with a fill and bleed nipple this gun is suited to bulk or cartridge mode operation, accepting all standard 450g cartridge designs. The barrel design features a coarse machined thread to eliminate cross threading, a strong one piece follower rod with keyhole lock for safety and reliability and a ‘flip-over’ follower assembly that converts from cartridge to bulk mode without the need for disassemby. Delivery pressure varies with the operator typically delivers 7500 psi grease pressure.
